2010. The year Ashley Morgan goes analogue. From today all Ashley Morgan recordings will only be available in analogue formats such as vinyl and cassette. All digital distribution and digital downloads will cease. All digital recordings will be deleted and re-recorded as real analogue recordings.
The estimated time for this move from digital to analogue is one year.

One year ago ashleymorgan.com was launched.
And now, just one year later, we average over 2,000 visitors a day and the whole project, the label, and the music continues to move forward and grow.
Thank you. Thank you to everyone who helped in any way whatsoever. Thank you to the people that linked to me, to the people that donated sums large and small, everyone who purchased music and to absolutely everyone who has been involved with making this project a success.
None of this would have been possible without your support. You have proved that independent musicians can succeed and flourish when they use the correct tools to connect directly with their audience. Thank you.
With Christmas fast approaching it is now time to take a few months rest.

Creativity takes time. Writing an album, especially an album that has so much personal emotional resonance, takes a lot of time. Indeed, it would be more accurate to say that it takes as much time as it requires.
I faced a choice. I could either rush and push to release an album at the end of 2009 or give it the time it needs, the time it deserves.
The album will be released when it is finished. Not a moment before and not a moment after.
